Category Archives: Babies I know what you’re all wondering… “Did she have her baby yet??” Unfortunately, the answer is no… That’s right. Ten days overdue and little miss Carly doesn’t seem to want to have anything to do with the world yet. I like to think I’m just an amazing hostess. haha! So, on with blogging I go….  If you’ve been following my blog long enough, you know who Monica Starr Brown is. For those of you who don’t know, she is a professional photographer out of California (used to be out of Colorado). She’s been my mentor and truly a great colleague and friend. You can search “Monica” on my blog and…  I don’t typically do family sessions, but when Monica and Jeremy came in town with their newborn (4 weeks!) I couldn’t resist doing a session for them when they asked! JSP readers, meet the Brown Family! It used to just be Monica and and Jeremy, but since adding baby Desmond Luc Brown, they are now…  My brother, Menachem, his wife, Sharon, and baby, Esty, live in the Bal Harbour area of Miami. It’s a gorgeous section of town, I must say! I haven’t gotten to see them since they came for Thanksgiving {click here to see those photos} and I wanted to make sure I visited one more time before…  I get so excited about the photo shoots I do that I can’t wait to blog a sneak peek when I get home. I have a lot of photos to edit and blog but I wanted to give you yet another sneak peek of what is to come. I just got back (literally 45 minutes…  I wasn’t going to post a blog with these photos, but I decided to because she’s so adorable and I want to remember these for a long time coming. These are some quick photos I took of Esty before we headed out for her mini session at Alpine Groves. Her drooling is uncanny… The below…  It was such a treat to be able to see my brother, Menachem, his wife, Sharon, and their baby, Esty, for Thanksgiving. Thanksgiving isn’t something they celebrate as a Jewish family, but who can resist seeing their family on a national holiday? I know! For those of you who don’t know, my brother, Menachem, converted…  Last weekend I had the pleasure of riding down to Miami to see my brother, sister in law, and to meet my niece for the first time since she was born June 17th. Esty was 7 weeks old as of last weekend. She is just the CUTEST little girl and she looks just like my…
