Category Archives: Engagements/Couples As I mentioned in my sneak peek post, Kevin is my little brother and Corrie is his girlfriend. I wanted to scout out some locations and asked if they would be willing to model for me. When I posted the sneak peek photos, everyone thought they had gotten engaged! Even my parents! As if he…  I set out last weekend to look for some great spots to shoot. Of course, I needed a couple to model for me so I could get a feel for what it would look like. I found this great place off the side of a road. Click here to check it out!  I’m starting the new year off right! Not only did I sleep in, I had sushi with my hubby for lunch, and now, Internet, I’m posting this! I’ve been super excited to post these photos and am just now getting a chance to do it. If you didn’t get a chance to read the sneak…  Yesterday I had the pleasure of doing a happily every afters session with Jeremy and Monica. If you’ve been following my blog for awhile, you know Monica was my mentor for a long time (and continues to be too!) and is one of my best friends’ sisters. Jeremy and Monica are in town for Christmas…  It wasn’t quite love at first site, but when they met at a car show, they knew there was something special between them. Sean and Julie are BIG time car fans! Julie’s parents have a ’69 Camero. It’s gorgeous and Big Bird yellow! Sean has my dream Mustang. That’s right people. I still look forward…  Tonight I had the privilege of photographing Sean and Julie’s engagement session. One of the things I love about Sean and Julie is the way they make each other laugh. They are SOOO good at making each other laugh. As I was going through the digital negatives to see which one I wanted to use…  I’m REALLY excited to be posting these photos! David is my father in law and Debbie is one of my mother in laws (she’s Colby’s step mom). I’ve known David and Debbie probably just as long as I’ve known Colby. That’s 9 years as of two weeks ago. They are awesome in laws and I… What can I say? I am the most blessed photographer ever! Jeff and Jessica were the best couple I could have ever asked for to be my first solo E-session. I met Jessica last summer when my oldest dog, Jayda, pulled out her dew claw. I was on hold with the Banfield vet at PetSmart…  Tonight’s shoot was so fun. We attempted to do a “high fashion” photo shoot with my mentor, Monica, and her husband Jeremy. They bought a couple of fancy outfits and we were off to a run down barn/house not too far from where Jeremy and Monica live. Click the above photo to see the gallery….
