Here is a running list of the animals I’ve featured on the blog for adoption from the Jacksonville Humane Society. Please note that this started June 1st so I will be adding to the list as time goes on. PLEASE REMEMBER that most dogs needing adoption need training. Classes are available through the Jacksonville Humane Society.
Dolly and Pookie
Dolly and Pookie are one of the cutest pair! Both are super well behaved, beautiful dogs that would make great family pets. These two come as a pair. Here is more information about each of them.

This is Oreo. He’s such a little cutie! He definitely likes his treats and let’s you know he likes his treats! Like Ernie, I think he may have been adopted out, but I’m waiting for confirmation. Let’s keep our fingers crossed!

*UPDATE* Loki and Jack found their forever home on 11/01/2011!
Loki and Jack were adopted before I could even snap my fingers! Adopted into a loving family, these two are some of the luckiest dogs in the world. Here is a note their new owners left on my Facebook page.
Hello Jen, After my family and I adopted Loki and Jack we got a voice mail message from the Humane Society letting us know about this photo shoot and I just wanted to say thank you for your kind efforts in helping find homes for these amazing animals. We have had them now for 3 days and they are already quite comfortable and fitting in to our family like they have always been here. Let me say, to your fans that are seeking pets for their homes… We could not ask for a more wonderful fit and they are the most loving dogs I have ever come across. They have brought us such joy! Thank you for the beautiful photos, I am going to share on my photography page also. ♥
